We recognize that veterinarians and their support personnel rely upon their equipment. We provide an “800” phone number and encourage practices to call with any and all questions regarding their equipment and accessories. Our telephones are answered by personnel trained in all aspects of maintenance and repair of our equipment. When repairs are necessary, our goal is to receive the equipment, assess the problem, provide a quote, compete the repair and ship the equipment back to the practice in one day. Our success is better than 97%.
